Who we are
Plan2Print is a UK printing business at Innovation House, Cray Road, Sidcup, DA14 5DP. You can reach us at orders@plan2print.co.uk. These terms apply to every order placed through plan2print.co.uk.
Ordering
You build your order on our order page, upload your files, and pay at checkout. The price shown on the order page is the price you pay, unless there is an obvious mistake in it. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email, and we may decline an order if the files are unusable, if the order looks fraudulent, or if we cannot print what has been asked for. If we decline, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is £10 per order and free over £50. The minimum order is £10. We take payment at checkout; we do not print until payment has cleared.
Your files
You keep ownership of everything you upload. By sending it you give us permission to open, check, store and print it for the purpose of your order. We do not sell it, publish it, or use it for anything else, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the order and our records.
You confirm that you have the right to print the files you send, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's copyright, trade mark or other rights. If a third party makes a claim about a file you sent, you are responsible for it.
What we print
We print what you send. We check every file by eye, and we email you before printing if something looks wrong, but we cannot be responsible for errors that are in the file itself — the wrong scale, a missing page, low resolution, or colours that look different on paper than on screen.
Colours vary slightly between screens and paper, and between print runs. We match as closely as the stock allows but cannot guarantee an exact match to a screen or a previous run. Trim and margin can vary by around 2mm on large formats.
Turnaround and delivery
Orders in before 2pm on a working day are despatched the same day. This is our usual practice, not a guaranteed contractual deadline. See our delivery policy for how orders are sent.
If something goes wrong
Our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, including delivery. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or any other indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
See our refunds policy for what we do when a print is faulty.
Changes
We may change these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one on the site when you place it.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
