Where we send
We deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland. If you need a print sent abroad, email us before ordering and we will quote it.
What it costs
- Delivery is £10 per order.
- Free on orders over £50.
- Collect from us in Sidcup at no charge.
When it goes out
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are printed and despatched the same day. Orders after 2pm, at weekends, or on bank holidays go out the next working day. Large sets and waterproof sheets can take a little longer, and if yours will, we email you with the date before we start.
How it arrives
Prints are sent rolled in a tube or folded to A4, whichever you pick when you order. Posters go out rolled. Waterproof sheets are sent rolled where the size allows so they arrive flat and unmarked.
Delivery is usually next working day after despatch, but it is not a guaranteed service. If something has not arrived within 3 working days of despatch, email orders@plan2print.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it and reprint if it has gone missing.
Collection
Choose collection at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready, usually the same day. Our address is Plan2Print, Innovation House, Cray Road, Sidcup, DA14 5DP.
Damaged in transit
If a print arrives damaged, email us a photo of the print and the packaging within 30 days and we will reprint and resend it at our cost. You do not need to return it.
