Made to order
Every print is produced to order from the files you send us. That means the print you get is unique to you, and we cannot resell it. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, made-to-measure and personalised goods are exempt from the usual 14-day right to cancel, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind, a wrong size chosen at checkout, or a file that was wrong when you sent it.
Please check your order before you pay. The order page shows you the size, the stock, the colour and the price for every item. If you are not sure which size you need, email us before ordering and we will help.
If we get it wrong
If a print is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered — a misprint, a bad sheet, the wrong size or stock sent, damage in transit — we will put it right. Email orders@plan2print.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with:
- your order number,
- a photo of the print and of the packaging if it arrived damaged,
- a short note on what is wrong.
We will reprint and resend at our cost, or refund you in full, including any delivery you paid. You do not need to send the faulty print back unless we ask, and we will pay for return postage if we do.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. They are processed within 5 working days of us agreeing to one, and your bank may take a further few days to show it. Delivery charges are refunded when the whole order is faulty; where only part of an order is affected we refund the delivery in proportion.
Your files
We print what you send. We check every file by eye before it goes to the machine, and if something looks wrong — a missing page, the wrong scale, faint linework — we email you before printing rather than after. We cannot be responsible for errors that are in the file itself, such as a drawing exported at the wrong scale, text you later spot, or a resolution too low to print cleanly.
